Travel Mahjong Set

Mahjong is a beloved game in both Asian and Western cultures. Mahjong is said to have originated in the Court of the King of Wu. Within this court lived a beautiful woman in seclusion. To escape boredom, she invented a game using carved domino-shaped pieces made from ivory and bamboo. For many years, Mahjong was a game reserved for royalty. 

Our set is FOR EVERYONE. Affordable – light weight – and is a portable-sized “Travel Set.” Perfect for when you need convenient fun on “the go.” Please note: Our version is the traditional Asian set – as such, it does not include the Joker pieces (which are found in the more contemporary American version).
